What a Reiki session feels like
You lie down fully clothed while I work through a series of hand positions, lightly touching or just above the body. Most people notice warmth, heaviness or tingling, and many fall asleep. A studio session lasts 60–90 minutes.

Prices
A studio session is £45 (with a £20 deposit). A package of four sessions paid upfront is £160. Distance Reiki, 30 minutes online, is £20. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session.
Where the studio is
Airdrie (ML6), about ten minutes by car from Coatbridge. Sessions take place at the Dragonfly studio in Airdrie (ML6), with free parking, or online by video call.
